I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty, and the bathroom had a toilet seat that was broken, making it uncomfortable. Additionally, the air conditioning was not functioning well, and customer service was unhelpful when I tried to address these issues.

The real deal or a total steal?

The rooftop pool offers stunning views and the location near the beach is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area.

i recently stayed for a long weekend in cartagena and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. the hotel had a gorgeous ocean view from my room and the rooftop pool was perfect for watching sunsets. the staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay enjoyable and comfortable.

Target audience consider carefully

The location is great so close to beach and everything important. They serve 3 meals, every day there was something different to try, and they were happy to adjust my meals when I asked.

It wasn’t cheap but at least it was acceptable.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, especially taking the kids to the nearby Los Pegasos Dock for some family-friendly fishing activities. The pool area was nice and provided a relaxing environment after a day of exploring the city. The air conditioning in our room worked wonderfully, keeping us comfortable during our stay.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel should have more kid-friendly dining options.

The rooftop pool was a highlight with a nice view, and the bar area was chill. However, I had to switch rooms twice because of issues. There were ants in my last room and it got loud on weekends. Also, it took forever to get a taxi at the front desk. Overall, it's decent but not great.

The pool area was perfect for relaxing while soaking up the sun, and I loved chilling out in the leisure room as well. Just keep in mind, the elevators were a bit slow, but it didn’t take away from my experience. 😊
